Bu art\u0131k bir ileti\u015fim kazas\u0131 de\u011fil, bir zihniyetin reklam dili arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, kullan\u0131lan \u00fcslupla a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fil\u2026 Nitekim reklamda eril dil kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla beliren cinsiyet\u00e7i zihniyet, kad\u0131nlar ve kad\u0131n dernekleriyle birlikte yine her kesimden ciddi bir tepki ald\u0131, gerek i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki \u00fcst d\u00fczey ki\u015filerden gerek toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan isimler ve gruplardan; \u201cBeni\/bizi kaybettiniz\u201d mesajlar\u0131yla m\u00fc\u015fteri kayb\u0131na sebebiyet verdi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi burada; onlarca revizyondan sonra anla\u015fmal\u0131 reklam ajans\u0131n\u0131n ilgili departmanlardan (kurumsal ileti\u015fim, pazarlama vb) ve y\u00f6netimden kurumsal onay almadan reklam\u0131n yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olamaz diye uzun uzun yazmaya gerek yok. Kurumlarda bu prosed\u00fcr\u00fc y\u0131llard\u0131r da\u011flar, ta\u015flar, u\u00e7an ku\u015flar biliyor art\u0131k. Y\u00f6nlendirmesi ne kadar yanl\u0131\u015f olursa olsun ajans\u0131n bu \u00fcretimi g\u00f6steriyor ki, kurumda onay a\u015famalar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7erken ciddi bir bo\u015fluk ve denetimsizlik var, hatta mesleki hakimiyete dair zafiyet\u2026 Yoksa bu kadar k\u00f6r g\u00f6z\u00fcm parma\u011f\u0131na misali bir reklam\u0131 kimse yay\u0131nlamaz, y\u0131llard\u0131r itinayla ve emekle geli\u015ftirilen kurumunu, markas\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00e7apta b\u00fcy\u00fck bir krizin ortas\u0131na atmazd\u0131. Neden; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u201c\u2026. ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z olmak \u00fczere\u201d diye ba\u015fl\u0131yor \u00f6z\u00fcr metni. \u00a0Yani bu ifadeyle kurum, \u201cton bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 makarnaya koymak\u201dtan de\u011fil cinsiyet\u00e7i, eril dile y\u00f6nelik \u201ckoymak\u201d fiilinden bahsetti\u011fini kabul etmi\u015f oluyor. \u00c7ok feci bir durum.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer neden; iyelik ekiyle \u201c\u2026.kad\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u201d diye sesleniyor, ne m\u00fcnasebet? Aitlik anlam\u0131 katarak \u201cerkeklerimiz\u201d dendi\u011fini duydunuz mu? Kimse kimsenin kad\u0131nlar\u0131 veya erkekleri de\u011fil, \u201ckad\u0131nlar\u201d diye hitap edilmeli. Bu t\u00fcr payla\u015f\u0131mlarda art\u0131k herkesin bildi\u011fi gibi \u00a0kurumlar kafas\u0131na g\u00f6re onay almadan payla\u015f\u0131m yapamaz, demek ki kurum i\u00e7inde ilgili departman ve y\u00f6netimdeki zafiyetin de giderilmesi, liyakat sahibi kadrolarla sistem olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 veya mevcut sistemin iyile\u015ftirilerek, sorumlu ki\u015filerin de g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi gerekiyor. Reklam\u0131 haz\u0131rlayan, payla\u015fan ajans tek ba\u015f\u0131na su\u00e7lu ve sorumlu olmaz \u00f6z\u00fcr metninde ifade edildi\u011fi gibi, kurum ad\u0131na i\u015fin oluruna onay verenler de sorumludur bu olayda. Yani \u00f6z\u00fcr; inand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131ktan, sorumluluk almaktan, samimiyetten uzak oldu b\u00f6ylece.
