Ki\u015finin daha \u00e7ok kendisi olmas\u0131, ender olarak do\u011fal yoldan geli\u015fen, liderlerin \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gereken bir beceridir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda da, sosyal ya\u015famda da hatta siyasette de sahicilik, liderlerin kendi de\u011ferlerini ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferleriyle e\u015fle\u015ftirmeleri, \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen yerleri g\u00f6rmeleri ve \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fen noktalardan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc sonu\u00e7lar elde etmek i\u00e7in yararlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder.<br \/>\n\u00dczerinde kafa yorulmal\u0131, g\u00fcven verici yanlar\u0131n g\u00f6sterilmesi tercih edilmeli, hem kendi duygular\u0131 hem takip edenlerinin duygular\u0131 daha fazla ortaya koyulmal\u0131, k\u0131saca, liderin kendi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan hususlar\u0131\u00a0a\u00e7\u0131k se\u00e7ik ifade etmesi anlam\u0131na gelir.<br \/>\n\u015eu me\u015fhur s\u00f6zde vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi:<br \/>\n\u201cNe dedi\u011fimi g\u00f6remezsem, ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fc nereden bilebilirim?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aristoteles ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00fc\u00e7 retorik formu tarif eder; etos, logos ve pathos. Etik, mant\u0131k ve duygu bazl\u0131 sesleni\u015ftir ki etik i\u00e7erikli mesajlar, liderin itibar\u0131n\u0131 temel al\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130nsanlar\u0131n duygular\u0131na hitap etmekse, onlar\u0131 motive etmeye ve\u00a0liderin savundu\u011fu davaya onlar\u0131 ikna etmeye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla e\u011fer lider, tutkular\u0131n\u0131 aktarabilirse,\u00a0insanlar\u0131 istedi\u011fi yola sokmay\u0131 ba\u015farabilir. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n temelinde sahicilik yatar. \u0130nsanlara do\u011fru \u015feyleri, do\u011fru bi\u00e7imde yapmak i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7 ve olanak veren bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve yaratmak ama\u00e7lan\u0131yorsa, liderlik edilen organizasyona kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6zellik budur.<br \/>\nLider \u00f6nce \u2018kendi\u2019 olacak, daha sonra beraberinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 insanlara\u00a0\u2018kendileri\u2019 olabilmeleri i\u00e7in yol g\u00f6sterecek.
